Standing order
By setting up a Standing Order, you contribute a monthly payment made directly from your account. Every contribution is valued, and whilst there is no minimum amount for a standing order donation, a donation of €21 or more per month will allow Vita to benefit from tax relief from the Irish Government which can be leveraged up to €181 more per year. Simply complete this form and return it to Vita for processing.
