Communities Driving Their Own Development

Our community-led approach is an innovative methodology for mobilising communities to drive their own development. Communities conduct their own appraisal and analysis of their requirements and work in partnership with Vita Impact to deliver them.

Through this approach, Vita Impact has:

• Trained 1,000 local people in Community Leadership to drive sustainable development.
• Empowered 500,000 women in Community Leadership, promoting gender equity and financial independence.
