Vita Impact is registered with the Charities Regulator in Ireland (RCN: 20024192). In addition to this, Vita Impact has achieved the Charities Institute ‘Triple Lock’ standard which confirms Vita Impact’s governance across three key areas: Transparency, Governance and Ethical Fundraising.

Ethical Fundraising

Vita Impact’s Board has adopted the Guidelines for Charitable Organisations on Fundraising from the Public’.

Staff and volunteers are fully trained on these requirements.

Annual & Financial Reporting

Vita Impact prepares its annual Financial Statements in compliance with the Charity SORP FRS102 and are available to the public on our website.

Governance

Vita’s Board has formally adopted the Charities Regulator’s Charities Governance Code’. Vita complies with the six principles of the Code and meets the core and additional standards for a charity of our size.
