Based in Ireland and now establishing in the UK, our mission is to achieve thriving rural economies in Africa with access to services, markets and livelihoods for all. We have world-leading climate finance and impact investment models and highly evolved programme methodologies.
We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Communications in Dublin but based in the UK, to help us grow our business partnerships. You should have a background in identifying, prospecting and engaging potential partners; delivering proposals; and building relationships remotely and in person.
We are looking for a fast learner, a self -starter and an able networker who is comfortable with defined targets. You will have very strong interpersonal skills and values and enjoy having autonomy. You will have very good research, writing and presentation skills.
This is a new position with an opportunity to expand the role as business develops. Remote working and domestic and international travel will be a requirement.

Experience and attributes
- A degree in Marketing / Communications / Business / International Development or similar
- A track record in business development and /or client management
- Knowledge of the fundraising landscape in the UK
- Experience in mobilising funds
- Relationship management experience in diverse sectors including business and philanthropy.
Terms – WFH with travel, part-time, salary commensurate with experience
